ScrollMeter shows the mouse scroll statistics and blocks scrolling at custom distance for a specified period of inactivity.

Features:
- Alerts at custom distance and block scrolling for a custom period of inactivity,
- Could be disabled/enabled for current site,
- Supports several units (meters, miles, li), custom wheel parameters, etc.,
- Displays distance statistics for a current site,
- Has advanced settings menu for stored options/data.
