Startpage support — blocking and infinite scroll both work now, bringing the total to 7 engines: Google, DuckDuckGo, Bing, Yandex, Baidu, Brave Search, Startpage.
Real favicons on auto-loaded results — infinite-scrolled pages now show proper site icons instead of blanks:
Startpage: icons read from the page's own embedded data
Yandex: icons served by Yandex's own first-party icon service
Everywhere else: a clean letter badge is generated locally as a guaranteed fallback — an icon slot is never empty
Faster auto-loading — request pacing between fetched pages is now tuned per engine. Startpage keeps its cautious anti-captcha delay; other engines load noticeably quicker.

Favicons no longer vanish or fall back to colored letters on automatically loaded results
Duplicate results across pages are detected and removed more reliably
Clicking a pagination number scrolls you to already-loaded content instead of reloading
New pages insert at the correct position on Yandex and Bing
Settings switches are fully keyboard operable
Broader hardening around corrupted settings, internationalized (IDN) domains, and pause/resume edge cases
Privacy

The optional third-party icon service is now off by default. Icon requests go only to the search engine you are actively browsing — nothing is ever sent to us or to third parties. See privacy-policy.md.
Performance

Domain matching is cached and the pre-page-load hiding script is lighter — blocked results still disappear before first paint, with less work per result.

Add perma-ban feature and switch license to MIT
Introduce a permanent-ban flow and update project license to MIT.

• Add a manual GitHub Actions workflow (.github/workflows/manual-package.yml) to build zips for extension and source review with a manual version input.
• Add LICENSE (MIT) and update documentation/metadata to reflect MIT licensing (README, user script header, popup About, package.json license field).
• Implement perma-ban UX and logic: add a "Perma" button to placeholders, styles for the perma button, new convertHiddenToPermaban helper, and wire an onPermaban callback through hide/rehide logic.
• Wire content script to handle permaban actions (doPermaban), persist via updateEntry, update matcher/cache, and show a toast with an option to undo the permaban which restores the result and re-applies blocking.
• Adjust imports to include new helpers (convertHiddenToPermaban, restoreResult) and messaging functions (updateEntry, undoLast).

These changes add a stronger hide mode (permanent ban) and provide tooling to produce manually-versioned release artifacts.
