To use the add - on, the user is required to set up a private to them NLU service in IBM Cloud, using the Free IBM Cloud Tier services.
Any data that is sent for analysis is sent from the user's browser to the defined by the user IBM NLU instance
The privacy policy the user has agreed to, when enabling the Free IBM Cloud services, applies. This Privacy Policy is between the user and IBM.
