Recommended videos are now hidden on the home page. (To see your subscriptions, go to the Subscriptions page.)

- Disables autoplay and annotations by default.
- Fixes video centering.
- Fixes issue where the live chat is not hidden.
- Fixes issue where the playlist sidebar is broken.

* Hides elements on the new YouTube design.
* Uses CSS instead of JavaScript, so it works all the time and without failure due to the page not being loaded fully, etc.
* View, subscriber, and like counts are no longer hidden since they are not as much of a distraction as the comments and related videos.
