Some web forms lack a safety/warning mechanism to protect data. I designed it to support Smartsheet, Microsoft, and Google Forms. It prevents data loss when the user accidentally refreshes/closes the tab or browser. An alert message should appear to the user to confirm the refresh or the tab's closure. To work, the user must first interact with the page. At least click anywhere on the page.

I may or may not add updates in the future.
