■ 主な変更点
- 各ルールに識別用「パターン名」（最大50文字、重複不可）を追加。ルール一覧の1段目にパターン名、2段目にURLパターンを表示します。
- ルール一覧に「複写」ボタンを追加（[編集] [複写] [削除] の順）。既存ルールをフォームへ複写し新規登録の準備状態にします。更新モード中に押下した場合は、入力中の変更を破棄するか確認した上で追加モードへ切り替わります。
- ルールの登録件数を最大50件に制限。50件到達時は新規登録ボタンがエラーを表示し、複写ボタンも無効化されます。
- ルール一覧テーブルのヘッダを2段化し、1段目／2段目の間に水平線を追加。フォント色／背景色セル内にも同様の水平線を追加し、通常時／アクティブ・ホバー時のどちらに値が設定されているかが一目で識別可能になりました。
- テーブル幅をレスポンシブ化（最大1600px / 95vw、最小720px）。広いウィンドウでは多くの情報を、狭いウィンドウでは横スクロールで操作可能。
- ライトテーマの背景色を #fafafa から #eee に微調整し、明るすぎる印象を緩和。
- 編集／削除ボタンに確認ダイアログを統一追加。削除は誤クリック防止のため常時表示、編集は入力中の変更がある場合に表示します。
- 入力欄の保存時 trim を全角空白（U+3000）対応の TrimAll に統一。

Highlights:
- Each rule now has an identifying "Pattern Name" (max 50 chars, must be unique). The rule list shows the name on line 1 and the URL pattern on line 2.
- Added a "Duplicate" button to each row ([Edit] [Duplicate] [Delete]). Clicking it during edit mode prompts to discard unsaved changes and switches to add mode.
- The number of rules is now limited to 50. When the limit is reached, [Add] shows an error and the duplicate button is disabled.
- The rule list header is now two-tiered, with horizontal separators between the first and second lines. The same separator was added inside font-color and background-color cells so users can clearly tell whether a value is set for the normal or the active/hover state.
- The rule list table is now responsive (max 1600px / 95vw, min 720px).
- Light theme page background tweaked from #fafafa to #eee for a softer impression.
- Confirmation dialogs were added to the Edit and Delete buttons. Delete always asks for confirmation; Edit asks only when there are unsaved changes.
- All trim() calls were unified to a TrimAll utility that also strips full-width spaces (U+3000).
