Rawr! It sounds like you might be located in a country with heavy censorship which has blocked our website. Our browser extension is a light weight version of the full app and is not as heavily designed for anti-censorship circumvention. We suggest installing the full app for the latest anti-censorship technology, and it would also encrypt all data on the device (not just the browser).     So nice to move split bear into premium. Hardly used any bandwidth as I only needed vpn for a couple of apps. Now I use up the bandwidth within a day on sites/apps I didn't need protected. Uninstall time I guess. Bummer as you always gave good fast service.

    2025 and extension won't connect on FF. I haven't even used it and have 2000mb left in extension but can't turn it on. Why would I ever pay for something I can't even try out in the first place when it's free?

    TunnelBear extension should be automatic connect, it should connect to the previous server or county that were used before exiting the browser.. connecting manually every time is the downside of the extension. please fix that, than you

    It's "ON" but doesn't connect to anywhere. Basically doesn't work. Dissapointed, considering the good quality their general VPN service is.
