This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as this Agreement) governs the terms of use of the VNNet browser extension (hereinafter referred to as the Extension, We, Our Team) by users (hereinafter referred to as the User, You). By installing or using the Extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Developer grants the User a non-exclusive right to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with its functionality.
1.2. The Extension is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties of functionality, fitness for a particular purpose, or the User's expectations.

2. Restrictions

The User is prohibited from:
- decompiling, modifying, or distributing the Extension without the developer's written permission;
- using the Extension for illegal activities or violating national or international laws;
- attempting unauthorized access to the developer's infrastructure.

3. Working with Data

3.1. Using the Extension involves collecting and processing data as described in the privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy).

3.2. By installing the Extension, the User agrees to the Policy and acknowledges that some network traffic may pass through third-party proxy servers that are not controlled by the developer.

3.3. The Developer is not responsible for the actions of such intermediaries and recommends that the User independently familiarize themselves with their terms and privacy policies.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. The Developer does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the Extension or its compatibility with specific browsers, networks, or services.

4.2. The Developer is not liable for:
- any damage, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the Extension;
- the safety, confidentiality, and security of data passing through third-party proxy servers.

5. Updates and Changes

5.1. The Developer reserves the right to release updates to the Extension and change its functionality without prior notice.

5.2. This Agreement may be updated; the current version is always available at the address where the Extension is hosted on addons.mozilla.org.

6. Termination

6.1. The User may terminate use of the Extension at any time by deleting it from their browser.

6.2. The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Extension in the event of a violation of the terms of this Agreement.
