The extension you've been looking for that just works. Simple and intuitive.
It was made primarily to be used on 9gag where the videos doesn't have volume sliders and every video has it's own volume setting.
It allows setting the volume in a range 0-100%, doesn't support volume boost (above 100%).

With this extension you can:
- Adjust the volume of YouTube videos, streams and shorts,
- Adjust the volume of Twitch streams, videos and clips,
- Adjust the volume of Instagram videos and stories,
- Adjust the volume of website media elements that doesn't have volume sliders (like 9gag),
- All this independently between browser tabs from any place on the website.
