It does nothing and settings aren't saved

hey, can you update this extension?
It is not working properly

My willpower is saved! It's definitely given me a bit of a wake-up call about how often I click onto time-wasting sites throughout the day when I should be doing other things. I'm keeping this one. And great dev, too - very open to feedback and promptly fixing bugs. :)
