- This tool has been instrumental in our team's communication efforts. We're a small startup so we need our emails and proposals to look professional without hiring a full-time editor. The team style guide feature ensures everyone writes with the same tone and formality level. Integration with gmail means fewer embarassing typos in client communications

On the WProofreader website, we offer a free demo at the top of the page, allowing users to test the spelling and grammar checking before signing up: https://wproofreader.com/
We also keep the sign-up process simple, social login options are available, and if you're not satisfied with the solution, you can easily delete your account.
We ask users to create an account so we can properly set up the service and remember their preferences.
We'll update the extension description and include a link to the website to help others avoid the same confusion.
