If you encounter slow downloads, we recommend re-entering the URL and trying again—it often resolves the issue. We're actively working on upgrading our CDN data centers worldwide to improve speed and performance.

The interface is clunky, requiring a cut-n-paste of the URL and sometimes the recommended retry is required. But worse, stats about the video are not displayed in the file manager after the video is downloaded. It seems to play but in the player, the total time is undisplayed. It's like having a corrupted video that is unindexed.

If you're using an Android or iPhone device, the extension might not be working as expected at the moment.
