Block GitHub Period Shortcut ავტორი Redmin

This add-on blocks inputting '.' on GitHub blob and tree pages unless it detects the input as coming deliberately from the user to prevent accidentally opening the github.dev web editor. It does this without blocking any deliberate action such as searching for files, code, etc.
