Anyways, I will leave further feedback on the add-on via email and my feedback is that it is too easy to switch it off to make it stop blocking all those time-wasting websites! Please make it more difficult and more time-consuming to switch off this add-on!

You're absolutely right: at the moment, the blocking is intentionally soft and non-intrusive — it's meant to support self-control, not force it.
That said, you're not alone in wanting a stricter mode, and I'm currently thinking through how to implement a "harder to disable" version for those who want stronger boundaries. However the UI could be done better. I want to add new rules from the top instead of scrolling to the bottom to add them
