CookieGate v0.1.1 adds banner suppression with a local lifetime evidence ledger, safety guards against page blanking, Domain Ops with locked domain rules, typed-domain inspection/wipe, a native SVG Browser Observer donut, and clearer active-site/domain-wide count semantics.

Firefox package notes:
- Manifest ID matches the existing AMO listing: cookiegate@local.dev.
- Firefox package declares data_collection_permissions: none.
- Firefox package uses background.scripts fallback, not Chrome service_worker.
- No remote code is used.
- No raw cookie values are exported.
- Auth/session cookies are preserved by default unless the user explicitly includes them.
- Popup innerHTML validation warnings have been cleared in this package.
