I may not use it often, but on the occasions I do it allows easy download of HD videos, and of high bitrate mp3 files. As I am mainly interested in musical performances, this is a godsend. One caveat -- don't always opt for the 1080p option, as it seems that is sometimes generated from a 720p original file, and you don't gain any benefit from the increased file size.
