Works as advertised. Developer is constantly updating the add-on to battle changes made on Youtube's end.

Excellent add-on. This amazing add-on is maintained and updated regularly by one guy. If it's not working for you, clear cache and refresh. As YT changes their code to stop it working, the developer will always catch up. Have used this for years and it's never failed.

I have become increasingly disenchanted with this add-on, not because of its performance in regards to YouTube, but because it's exceedingly obnoxious that each time it updates (which is often), it pops open a new tab to report the new changes AND THEN OPENS to that tab. This is very disruptive each time, particularly since it doesn't happen when you open the browser, but instead when you've had the browser open for a while and are engaged with something else. If it merely opens a new tab, fine, that's still a little irritating, but the fact that it forces you to look at it has frustrated me to the extent that I'm uninstalling it.

The dev is very good at putting out updates when google/youtube make code changes to break downloaders. I never have to switch from add-on to add-on becasue this dude rocks and after many years is STILL always hard at work to keep the add on working.

With the download button and drop down menu it couldn't be more user friendly. Very Easy, just like the name says. I have downloaded many videos with EYVDE for several years. Bugs, fixes and updates have always been very prompt. I only wish it was available for other video formats as well and not just YT. Thank you for a great add-on!!!

This is by far the easiest download app I have ever used. Copy the address to the EZ Downloader, choose your format, and start downloading! I love it! It's really the only one that has worked all the time!
