This time it took longer for me to fix and then ever longer for mozilla to review and approve the update. Apparently the developer has abandoned support for this add-on but is still accepting donations. I recommend using Video DownloadHelper or Youtube Downloader, both of which (at the time of this writing) are functional and free.
