Minor bug fix release, correctly use history search time span.

This version adds more configuration options, and fixes a bunch of minor bugs, mostly related to the new tab page.

This fixes some minor issues for the new tab page URL bar, and also sets the page as default for new installations.

This release prettifies displaying top sites, and implements basic history on the custom new tab URL bar. Enabling this functionality requires additional permissions.

Styling is a bit ugly as usual - if anybody with HTML/CSS skills (no extension development skills required) is interesting in making it pretty please head over to the github issue tracker.

This version mainly adds improvements to the included "new tab" page. The next version will refine the new functionality added - people interested in this might want to head over to the github issue tracker.

This release updates the Author and URL, and tries to make documentation about troubleshooting problems more visible.

This extension now should work on Linux and Windows as well.

New features include:

- some functionality is now configurable: debug logging, custom new tab page, experimental features, modifier-less high level bindings
- all keybindings are listed in the options settings page
- M- keybindings are now also reachable via ESC
- M-< and M-> was added for scrolling to top/bottom
- introducing prefix key, currently only used for opening/closing of windows (C-u C-x C-f or C-u C-k)
- search is introduced as experimental feature - currently it just highlights all matches
- the extension now registers as browser action in preparation for additional features
