A developer dedicated to improving the extension means it is constantly improving. If you are a hard-core vimmer, this extension is amazingly freeing.

I always wanted to edit the web with neovim. This extension works with almost everything, included overleaf, mails, drive and so on. And you can use your own init.vim. My preferred extension now on!

This add-on for both Firefox and neovim is amazing, for a setup I'm comfortable with I can't complain about any bad behaviour

How is it even possible to make something this excellent

After so many years of wanting this, it's actually happening! I've used so many poor-man attempts at this that try to emulate vim like keys in the browser or shuffle data off to an external editor window. This is different! This is a full blown real instance of Neovim being run with my usual init.rc configuration and all my plugins ... overlayed on text areas.

Yes it has some rough edges (don't hit CTRL-W in an editor!) and not all sites work seamlessly yet, but this is clearly a step beyond all previous attempts at something like this.
