1. Introduction FluentFlow ("the Extension") is a browser extension developed by João Palma. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our English improvement services. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.
2. Data We Collect The Extension only collects data that you explicitly provide.

User Input: When you use the extension to improve a sentence or paragraph, the text you highlight or input is temporarily processed to provide the correction service.

No Background Tracking: We do not track your browsing history, cookies, or personal information outside of the specific text you submit for correction.

1. How We Use Your Data (AI Processing) To provide English corrections, the text you submit is sent to a third-party Artificial Intelligence provider, OpenAI.

The text is sent securely via API.

The AI provider processes the text solely to generate the corrected version and returns it to your browser.

1. Data Storage and Retention

On Our Servers: We do not store servers that save your submitted text. The text is processed in real-time and then discarded.

Third-Party Retention: Our AI provider, Open AI, may temporarily retain data for abuse monitoring purposes (typically for up to 30 days) but does not use your data to train their models.
