In order to provide its download functionality the extension repeats "video retrieval requests" that the user already used in his current browser session on whatever video web-site he is visiting. The extension has no knowledge about what information those video URLs (and HTTP header fields) contain nor where that information came from. The extension just re-sends the same information that the original web-page had already been sending and it does not send any additional data nor to any additional recipients.
