Hungarian Optional Accents Dictionary ავტორი punch

Hungarian spell checking dictionary that also accepts spelling without accented characters (á -> a; é -> e; í -> i; ó, ö, ő -> o; ú, ü, ű -> u).

Based on László Németh's "optional accents" rendition of the Hungarian Ispell 1.1.3.1 dictionary from 2008, packaged as a WebExtension and tweaked to appear as a locale different from the standard Hungarian (see below).

WARNING: Don't install this if you have HINDI (Indian) dictionary installed! It's not possible to create a separate dictionary for a non-standard locale. Hungarian users probably already have the standard Hungarian dictionary installed and want to be able to keep using it. For this reason, the dictionary is set to a different locale, Hindi (hi-IN). When you want to switch to Hungarian with optional accents, you should switch to "Hindi (India)." I know this is annoying and makes it unusable for those who also want to have a Hindi dictionary. (Hindi was chosen because it is close to "Hungarian" alphabetically.)

This is a kludgy add-on, provided as-is. It may not work for some browsers, and in that case, I probably won't fix it. But if anyone wants to pick up the ball with fixes, I'm happy to update.
