NYC Idling Complaints Knowledge (NICK) - to export user's list of submitted complaints from the NYC Idling Complaints portal.

For users of the NYC Idling Complaints portal (https://nycidling.azurewebsites.net/), NICK allows exporting all records from the user's account to a CSV file suitable for opening in Excel, Google Docs, or another spreadsheet program. It also uses assigned summons numbers from the portal to query NYC OATH Hearings Division Case Status (https://data.cityofnewyork.us/City-Government/OATH-Hearings-Division-Case-Status/jz4z-kudi) and include information on current OATH case status for the user's complaints.

The NYC Idling Complaints portal is part of the NYC Citizens Air Complaint Program (https://www1.nyc.gov/site/dep/environment/idling-citizens-air-complaint-program.page).

NICK v0.54 changes:

"Check/enter plate" improves checking for valid priors. Rescheduled, dismissed, or more than 3 year old violations will not be included. For more functionality, you can also use idling.nyc/check.html.
"Summons list lookup" now allows ", " in addition to " " and "," as a delimiter.
In exported files, most dates are now shown as YYYY-MM-DD for better sorting in spreadsheets. There are limited exceptions where OpenData uses a certain format which has been maintained for consistency.
