I'm a long time iOS app user and was delighted to find out that one sec also exists for Firefox. It works just as well! Maybe advertise it in the app, I didn't take it for granted that there would be a Firefox add-on.

Syncing statistics with the mobile app would make it perfect :)

Works so well! Serves to dissuade you from going on distracting websites, but doesn't completely prevent you if you actually need to watch a quick youtube video or look at a reddit post, so you don't end up disabling it in annoyance.

I stumbled upon this extension watching Ali Abdal video on time management. Despite its simplicity, it's a great extension. Just adds enough resistance to something you do automatically without any thinking. Which makes you think for a second "Do I really want to do this right now? or Is it just muscle memory and bad habits that brought me here?". Totally recommend for anyone struggling to decrease their usage for time wasting website and be more mindful on what you spend your time on. There's an app as well for those who don't know, available for both Android and iOS.

2024-05-06 update: Version 1.0.0 greatly improves the interface and brings it closer in feature parity to mobile! No complaints. 5 stars.

Solid, functional extension, could make great use of the good re-intervention feature already existing on the iOS-Version (!!!)
Having the statistics synchronized with your phone would be godlike, but I am well aware this would mean asking for to much (as of now).

I absolutely hate this addon because it does its job. I recommend it!
