Opening the currently shown page in a private tab (e.g. without some initial cookies and history) can currently be achieved via mutliple clicks or button presses in Firefox (e.g. Ctrl+L Ctrl+C Ctrl+Shift+P Ctrl+V).

Important: In order for the addon to work you need to give it access to private tabs (otherwise it cannot open a ... private tab :) ).

This Add-On adds the Ctrl+Shift+F keyboard shortcut to achieve aforementioned action. The keyboard shortcut can be changed in the Extension Shortcuts section (see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/manage-extension-shortcuts-firefox ).

Opening the currently open tab without (some) cookies is helpful when debugging misbehaving web pages/applications, and is extremely helpful during web development.
