I would like to be able to hide the little icon in the navigation bar, I promise to change the review to 5 if this is fixed! If it literally can't be fixed and I will still change it to 5 as long I am notified! :)

თარიღი 4 წლის წინDone! As of version 4.1.0, the icon no longer shows up in the URL bar. It's now to the right (next to the other extension icons).

You can hide individual parts of the UI, whether thats the suggestions after a video, the navbar on the left side, your subscriptions page, prevent you from accessing shorts, the list goes on.
