Bug fix related to auto refreshing access token.

Adds automatic refreshing of access token based on the expiration date provided by the helix api.

Fix an issue where storage values wouldn't load and be available prior to onBeforeHeaders is assigned. This was an issue that happen on the first instance of the extension being used (would work after).
