Contacted their support team once because of some connection glitch. The agent didn’t respond immediately but was friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothers me is the pop-up that wants me to upgrade to premium every time I open it. But everything else is great.

Reconsidering my review, everything works just fine. Thanks to VeePN support I managed to solve this problem by turning off another add-on that was in conflict with the VPN. I’m new to this VPN and wasn’t sure if I could trust it. I liked the Android version (also going to try the app for Windows). As for the Firefox extension, it has less features than the app (because it’s free). But the connection is fine and the unblocking function works every time.
