I had been using AdBlock Plus for years, and appreciated what it did, although it became less and less useful as more web sites found ways to circumvent it. I tried AdBlocker Ultimate on a whim and wasn't expecting it to be any better than ABP, but WOW what a difference. So far it has worked on every web site I've thrown at it; I haven't had to whitelist a single web site yet. And the web sites all work perfectly; no broken features, no rendering problems. I really am amazed. Pages load so much more quickly. My 12 year old laptop feels like a brand new machine.
