В других браузерах это исправляется путем настройки разрешений дополнения для конкретных сайтов. То есть, на нужных сайтах дополнение работает, а на не нужных - вообще не имеет доступа. Но в Firefox так сделать нельзя. Либо разрешено для всех сайтов, либо нет.
