— Doesn't know about Jquery CDN etc — Unable to detect non-CDN resources by name. There's no ability to load local files for resources like /jquery-3.2.js . It can be a good speed-up, also I'm seeing nothing bad if only latest minor subversion (3.6 a.e.) will be used.
