DuckDuckGo ads visibility sɣur Corentin B

Allows the user to change the background color of ads in DuckDuckGo Search results, making them easier to differentiate from normal search results.
The background color is configurable from the extension settings (Extensions -> Manage Extensions −> DuckDuckGo Ads Visibility -> Preferences)
