Ghostery blocks all of it. Found out about this wonderful extension when I was looking for an answer to a computer problem. The forum I was in was way above my level of understanding, but someone mentioned Ghostery. I started using it and then recommended it to my computer guy, who uses it now, too! Been a user for >10 years.

I often don't notice it's doing anything until i look at it in the upper corner and see its blocking 15 ads and trackers on a singular site *and* automatically opted out of all possible cookies for me.
