I've been using this add-on for 5+ years to block news feeds on Firefox. I switched to desktop-only for social media use, and this add-on has helped me take back my time. I owe the developer a lot. Would like to buy you a coffee, or 10!

P.S. - After a recent update, it now works on LinkedIn as well!

it's not working for linkedin home feed. needs to be updated.

It's amazing

Sure it blocks the news-feed on FB... but it also breaks the browsers ability to save your place on any given page you happen to visit and scrolled on, and reverts you to the top of the page if you click on a link, say in marketplace... you go to view the listing and you click back, your prior place is lost and you have to scroll all the way back to where you were... not how the browser is supposed to function.

Hope the author can fix this, because it happens off site (non- facebook sites) as well when the extension is enabled; disabling the extension reverts the browser back to normal function...

This is a great extension, I am very grateful you created this. I noticed however that blocking on Linkedin stopped working a few months back, it would be awesome if it were fixed !

Works on every website but LinkedIn. LinkedIn blocked on Chrome though. Please fix

This extension is simple and does just what you need, I wish it was a version of this for apps and mobile versions.

This extension is doing some SERIOUS WORK in blocking news feeds in PC versions of social media sites. Helped me regain my focus when I would have fallen into the Mariana Trench of doomscrolling. My BIGGEST gripe will be that this extension is not yet available on mobile versions of those sites yet. Then again, MASSIVE KUDOS to the devs for this AMAZING extension.
