[ctrl shift ,] to reduce it by 0.1 [ctrl shift .] to increase it by 0.1 [ctrl shift 0] to reset it to 0.
There is also a popup menu which also works There is a floating text box in the top right corner of the HTML video which shows the current playback rate.
