- Yettwasezmel 4 ɣef 5sɣur RyanSaint, 4 years agoThere are 2 things keeping this from 5 stars. One is that I constantly have to log back in to it, instead of it holding my log in for a certain time frame. 2nd is that it can sometimes be slow with disposing of the cookie popup windows. Other than, it's a great extension.

yeffeɣ-d deg 4 years agoHi there,
Thank you very much for your review! May I ask which version of Super Agent you currently have? We did have a frequent logout bug that we've fixed a couple of versions ago. Also, could you provide us with a few examples of websites where disposing of the windows is slow? Feel free to send them to hello@super-agent.com.
Thank you! - Yettwasezmel 2 ɣef 5sɣur gamerz651, 4 years agopopups not detected
(clear the cookies 1st in your browser before test)
for example the cookies messages of the site
https://www.thomann.de/
same problem with the addon "Auto Cookie Optout"
EDIT: to answer the developper:
No www.thomann.de has still the same problem, so i don't know how you test your algorithm recognition.Tiririt n ineflayen
yeffeɣ-d deg 4 years agoThank you for reporting these. We've released new detection rules for them and they should be working soon. Feel free to reach out at hello@super-agent.com when you find such cases. We're constantly improving our detection engine, so the more you report, the better your experience will be in the future :) - Yettwasezmel 3 ɣef 5sɣur Davide, 4 years ago
- Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur Aseqdac Firefox 17063207, 4 years agoI constantly encounter websites unsupported by the add-on, and it seems like the the report button doesn't work for me. I've reported several websites (more than a dozen) by selecting "Report Problem", "I still have cookie pop-ups", and I click send. But when I look in my super-agent options, it says "You haven't reported any websites yet."
Let me know if I'm actually doing something wrong, and I'll happily adjust this review and rating.
EDIT: I've corresponded a bit with the developer about this issue. They were very nice. It seems like my reports are most likely being received, even though I can't see them. And they've added support for all the sites that I've reported. I still can't see my reports, but I guess I can just submit them by email. I might give 4.5 stars if I could, but I think it's more fair to round up than down here.Tiririt n ineflayen
yeffeɣ-d deg 4 years agoHi, im sorry to hear this, could you give us an example of sites reported? Also, are you logged in when reporting them? Feel free to email us at hello@super-agent.com
Thanks! - Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur mcn, 4 years agoVery useful add-on! Is the new "Legitimate Interest" option also taken care off by opting-out with this process?
- Yettwasezmel 4 ɣef 5sɣur dapgo, 4 years agoUseful addon, besides saving time accepting cookies, it allows to Waterfox Classic (FF56) to skip unresponsive cookies prompts. Some pages seems to require a 2nd refresh.
- Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur Will, 4 years agoI no longer see the cookie dialogs but a side effect is that now my browser always wants to auto scroll to the bottom of web pages. (Presumably because that's where the offending element is in the DOM). It would be nice to auto scroll back up or something. Examples: espn.com, nba.com

yeffeɣ-d deg 4 years agoHi Will, if possible could you send us a screen recording of that behavior to hello@super-agent.com ? We have tried to replicate on our end with no success. - Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur lars., 4 years ago
- Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur Aseqdac Firefox 14750744, 4 years agoVery handy extension to save you the headache/grinning face of clicking on cookie banners! I'm using it across my browsers and devices. Would highly recommend!
- Yettwasezmel 2 ɣef 5sɣur Aseqdac Firefox 17173998, 4 years agoThis extension feels underbaked. I liked that you could select which type of cookies to accept so I switched from the I Don't Care About Cookies extension to Super Agent. Just in the past hour or two, I've run into two websites where Super Agent didn't detect their cookie prompts. Needs a single-click reporting feature for websites where the cookie prompt isn't caught by the extension.

yeffeɣ-d deg 4 years agoHi,
Thanks for the feedback, you can already report websites not supported. You just need to click the extension icon and "Report a Problem".
Thanks! - Yettwasezmel 1 ɣef 5sɣur fernman, 4 years agoI am not impressed. Cookie popups still appear, and if I then click on the toolbar icon it always says "Super Agent didn't detect any cookie pop-ups".

yeffeɣ-d deg 4 years agoHi Fernman, could you give us an example of a website where it is not working? I believe there might be something setup incorrectly.
