For example, in Spanish, the extension shows nothing as if it's not working at all. However, switching the interface to English restores full functionality

But it looks a little off. The counter is displayed oddly. It doesn't look like the liked counter, instead it's outside the thumbs down box. Not really an issue, but it still bugs me.
