For whatever reason I can no longer just type in search phrases into duckuckgo.com in the main url bar with my custom settings. I simply want dark themed These options. (https://mycroftproject.com/search-engines.html?name=duckduck+dark). along with unfiltered ad free results instead of blaring white in my duckuckgo search engine. I though it would be easy to tweak back to normal. This add-on seemed promising for that purpose, but now (Friday 4-23-2021) for whatever reason its flawed for me exactly the same way reviewer Noxanne said ith a 1 out of 5 star rating (11 days before me) is. All it did was send me to the customized duckduck page colored dark but without search results (as though I typed no search phrase at all! and just typed "duckduckgo.com" ). This add-on shouldn't even be necessary, but it sounds great if it works. Its obviously broken from some Upgrade of Firefox version 80something or maybe because I have he linux version? I don't know.
