Fixed: skip buttons are now detected on non-English Netflix interfaces.

Previous versions matched the button text in English only, so Skip Intro,
Skip Recap and "Are you still watching?" were never clicked if your Netflix
was set to any other language. The extension now identifies buttons directly
instead of by their label, so it works regardless of interface language.

Fixed: "Reset to defaults" on the settings page no longer leaves the
extension paused. If you had turned it off from the toolbar, resetting now
correctly turns it back on.

Improved: Android support now requires Firefox 142 or later.
Reduced background CPU use by removing redundant page monitoring.
