To highlight text:

Select text on a webpage
Right-click menu, choose "Based Highlighter"
Text appears highlighted on the page.

To retrieve/review highlighted text:

Click toolbar icon
Displays page with a list of webpages with highlights
Click on a page to open it with highlights
Can delete, export and import highlights

That's it. Pure, simple, perfect.
