Washington Administrative Code (WAC) and the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) are available at leg.wa.gov. By default, they're hard to read. The indenting is confusing, there's very little spacing, and the hierarchical nature of WACs and RCWs is not reflected in formatting.

This extension fixes that.

This version adds formatting and highlights changes in the files hosted at lawfilesext.leg.wa.gov, e.g. https://lawfilesext.leg.wa.gov/biennium/2025-26/Htm/Bills/House%20Bills/2081.htm. It should be much easier to parse the files and pick out edits.
