I was searching for this extension to open a bookmark in the sidebar with a shorcut, but I can open it only in a tab :(

Ctrl+number are reserved by Firefox to change tabs so it won't work for addons. Though it could be changed only in the addon code (it's hardcoded). This is the page with possible combinations (section 'Shortcut values'): https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/WebExtensions/manifest.json/commands.

Interesting addon. Could you add a button that opens and closes the bookmarks toolbar?

Hi. In new browser versions 57+ there is a button by default which toggles the sidebars (bookmarks, history...) "Show sidebars". For older versions I have the Bookmarks Sidebar Button addon.
