Use tranlate capability from cloud service provider and translate web documents.

This Cloud Translate for Firefox extension is intended to provide users who are unable or unwilling to use the commonly available Google Translate experience similar to the Google Translate built into the Chrome browser.
Specifically, I assume the following people.

- Use of Google Translate is prohibited due to organizational restrictions, or only translation services provided by specific cloud services can be used
- Due to network restrictions, only certain cloud services can be used
- I just want to use Google Translate alternative
