Didn't work. Pages are still bright white after installing. Using Firefox on Linux Mint. Like the fact it is open-source, but what I really wanted was a simple and convenient switch to manually turn night mode on and off daily.

Update: I found another extension called Super Dark Mode that does exactly what I wanted. With it, you can toggle dark mode on/off at any time simply by clicking the extension's toolbar button.

Adds a white sheen to otherwise black backgrounds. See first screenshot for example. Sort of defeats the purpose of the extension.

This add-on is useless. Constantly stops, inconsisent text colours, makes scrolling impossible, pages jumping up and down.
