Good but would prefer to have some settings to fiddle with instead of just an on/off button. For example it'd be nice if I could use this for the image blocking but not text.

Thank you for making this. Please add word boundaries to your regex. Change "elon" to "\belon\b". This will prevent it from matching 'felonious' and such.
