DeJack (combined from the prefix “De” and "hijacking” to infer the meaning of undoing a hijack) does DNS security checks and gathers security information about it with one click of a button.
The goal in this endeavor is to help users gain more control over their online safety through an easier path and raise awareness of a common cyberattack known as DNS hijacking.
- If a website is flagged as suspicious, it's likely vulnerable to one or more of the three types of DNS hijacking: man-in-the-middle, cache poisoning, and DNS redirection cyberattacks.
- You will find it provides recommended tools and steps to take to become safer online as well.
The goal in this endeavor is to help users gain more control over their online safety through an easier path and raise awareness of a common cyberattack known as DNS hijacking.
