Shows the Title of current book page on DeseretBookshelf instead of generic title as well as adds a quick button to switch from Audiobook/eBook to the other if available. Useful if multiple tabs are open with multiple books. Does NOT apply to the Reader/Player, only to the Detail page before the Reader/Player is opened
