A big update with a new look and several new features.

What's new:
- Light and dark theme. Switch any time using the icon in the top bar.
- Three outline modes:
Tags - each type of element gets its own color
Depth - colors elements by how deeply they are nested
Mono - outlines everything in one color
- Hover inspector that shows the tag, id, classes and size of whatever element you point at.
- Choose your outline thickness: 1px, 2px or 3px.
- Click any tag in the legend to hide just that one.
- Your on/off choice is remembered for each tab and stays on after you reload the page.
