Dialogue Captions adds an ambient MMO-style dialogue overlay to YouTube videos.

Instead of traditional disappearing subtitles, captions are displayed as persistent dialogue bubbles in a movable translucent panel. Users can revisit previous lines, click caption bubbles to seek playback, and follow conversations more naturally during videos, podcasts, streams, essays, and music.
